Ok so I went to the gym today and burned 500 calories. Ate Trader Joe's (TR) butternut squash soup (70), TR oatmeal (150) and some chai tea latte (100). So 320 right now. But I'm going to a BYO with some friends at 9pm, so I'm probs gonna have 2 glasses of wine and a salad or protein-based dinner. I won't have a pasta dish, though I really want to...so I'll post later on how that goes.
