Nothing lost today. I burned everything I ate yesterday on the spin bike, 500 calories. Went to bed only 1lb heavier than what I was in the morning. And I'm the same weight today. Weird. I need to have a significant bowel movement. I'm craving jello. I'm not feeling strong today. It's raining and I feel lazy. But I will still exercise today. There's just so much fat everywhere. I MUST REMEMBER THIS:
