I've been stuck at 140.0 on the fucking dot for 4 days. I've been exercising, eating a lil less, nothing working. Perhaps my high carb, low fat "diet" isn't working. I've been having a protein shake for breakfast, a whole grain and vegetable meal for lunch, and then I have like 3-4 cups of dry bran flakes when I come home around 6pm and then a lil something else for dinner. I haven't been trying to eat vegetarian, it's just happening.
Went to Body Combat class tonight. It was awesome, I was fucking killing an imaginary person. Let out a lot of sadness and aggression. I'm so sick of being sad. Hope to report some positive changes soon. XO.
