3rd day (10/27)

So ate 645 yesterday. A little over: ate popcorn (240), Trader Joe's soba noodles w/ veggies (250) and Trader Joe's steelcut oatmeal (150), plus sweeter (5). No exercise yesterday, either. I've decided that popcorn isn't a very smart meal choice, especially for my first meal b/c it takes up too many calories and isn't that nutritious. I got a lot of frozen vegetables from Trader Joe's so that will be good for light eating w/ some red curry sauce. 

I didn't have time to get a scale yet, definitely going today tho b/c I finally have time. Feeling quite bloated tho, probably b/c i'm on my period tho...I feel like a hippo! Thighs still huge too and muffintop not dissipating. Hmmm...
