132.8lbs today, a 2.6lb lost since yesterday morning, currently 7oz ahead of schedule. I pray to be in 129.x tomorrow morning. So here are the differences between the first 2 days:
- Day 1: consumed ~32oz of lemonade, no exercise, 1 Hydroxycut, 1 iodine pill, 4lb loss
- Day 2: consumed ~64oz of lemonade, 30min running, 1 Hydroxycut, 1 iodine pill, 2.6lb loss
So remember what I said earlier about my body: it doesn't matter how much I exercise, only how much I put in my mouth. Obviously the first day of a fast is always the most rewarding, but I think if I just drink 1 liter of lemonade today, I can lose 3lb by tomorrow. I'm not going to the gym today, but I'm walking 10 blocks to and from my house to teach step dance at a school, so I'll be getting a lil something. Gonna do some crunches too, I did 50 yesterday and my abs feel nice and tight.

Decided I really should go to the gym. 355 burned on the treadmill, 55 leg lifts on the captain's chair. Also took 2 Hydroxycut pills and 1 iodine pill. I'm getting more uncertain about tomorrow's weight..my tummy's not growling. But what more can I do?
