It's over. The thesis has been handed in. I have returned the 11 library books I was using.
And know to focus on more important things, like my weight. It's not good guys.
Mission: Master Cleanse Diet starting today, ending this coming Friday morning, the day that I need to be 124lbs.
I will not plan out snacks or lil meals or anything. I will only drink the lemonade. If I feel like I'm going to pass out, or I need a brain boost for my classes or tests, I'll have 2 tbsp raw oats. It take's time for the body to break it down and it's all fiber.
With this plan I plan to lose 2.5lbs a day for 6 days so I will be 124lb on Friday.
Support is greatly appreciated, but don't doubt me. I will be who I want do be. XO.
