What is the formula to losing weight? Please tell me. Still stuck in the high 140s. It's disgusting.

  1. Darling it's not disgusting. Try this:

    - Drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up, and try to have several more glasses throughout the day
    - Drink herbal tea with every meal (green, dandelion and ginger are all wonderful)
    - Focus on eating breakfast, lunch and dinner
    - For a few days eat only fresh fruit and vegetables, but eat as much of them as you feel like (a good way to do this is to make vegetable soup)
    - Simply go for one little walk a day with music, don't worry about any other exercise
    - Drink a glass of water before bed

    I promise you darling you will feel better in days!

  2. How are you doing? Still plateaued? It will go down eventually, don't stress too much... stress makes you hold on to extra weight!
