Darling it's not disgusting. Try this:- Drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up, and try to have several more glasses throughout the day- Drink herbal tea with every meal (green, dandelion and ginger are all wonderful)- Focus on eating breakfast, lunch and dinner- For a few days eat only fresh fruit and vegetables, but eat as much of them as you feel like (a good way to do this is to make vegetable soup)- Simply go for one little walk a day with music, don't worry about any other exercise- Drink a glass of water before bedI promise you darling you will feel better in days!All my love,Adeline xx
