Enjoy the day, everyone. Thank you so so much to those who have been commenting and keeping me motivated. I've have been eating better and making adorable little meals for myself. For breakfast, I made "egg muffins" for the week, with sundried tomatoes, fat free feta cheese (thank you Trader Joe's), and spinach. I mixed the ingredients with 4 eggs and 4 egg whites to make 4 "muffins". They're portable and delicious. And most importantly, they keep me from buying gigantic pancakes or sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches in the cafeteria at work. When I'm hungry and have money in my pocket...it's just a horrible combination.
ALSO...I've discovered the awesomeness that is Zumba. I was skeptical at first...but I decided to stay after my body combat class to check it out last Thursday. Dude..I love it. I had a cute, peppy Asian teacher and she just made me so pumped up. I went again tonight and the hour just flew by.
So, diet is getting better and exercise is becoming more frequent. No sweeping improvements, but it's something.
