Fasting day

Just water, seltzer, and 30 year old port (for a classy effect)! No really, I napped the port from my parents' home. For the rest of the week I'm gonna tackle the Russian gymnast diet, slightly modified.
  • Breakfast = 1 cup 40 cal orange juice w/ some liquid multivitamin and seltzer
  • Lunch = 1 apple and 1 superfood pack (cacao nibs, pistachios, mulberries, and goji berries)
  • Dinner = raw greens drizzled w/ olive oil
  • Dessert = tea or port
