plan until Thanksgiving

550 calorie days. Hope to get as close to 140 as possible before the holiday.

Tomorrow:

Breakfast: Special K bar, 90 (11am)
Lunch: 100-pack almonds (2pm)
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Honey Dijon Chicken, 180 (5pm)
Snack: 100 bag popcorn (8pm)
Dessert: 1 Asian pear, 80 (10pm)
Total: 550 calories

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 100-pack almonds (11am)
Snack: 110 calories worth of fruit (volunteering, make smoothies w/ kids, always sample) (2pm)
Dinner: Amy's Cali veggie burger, 2 Morningstar Sausage Links w/ hot sauce + artichokes, 260 (7pm)
Dessert: 1 Asian pear, 80 (9pm)
Total: 550 calories

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Special K bar, 90 (11am)
Lunch: 100-pack almonds (2pm)
Dinner: 1 can Progresso Light Vegetable Soup, 114 (really 120 per can but will pour some out) (5pm)
Snack: 1 egg + 1 egg white + 2 Morningstar Sausage Link, 166 (7pm)
Dessert: 1 green apple w/ cinnamon, 80 (9pm)
Total: 550 calories
