Can't seem to straighten myself out. My period weakened my discipline over the weekend, no excuse. Back in the 130s. 128 by Friday, doing the cranberry juice diet, where I drink a unsweetened cranberry juice, water, apple pectin, and fiber husk mixture all day w/ 1 one 100% vegetable meal and 2 fruit snacks. Doing that as long as possible. I need to stop treating my diets as "diets." My restrictions are lifestyles. Consume me.


On second thought: no food, just cranberry mixture for 6 days. Then food..if necessary.
